Where do the sounds come from?

We make them ourselves with sound synthesis: every sound is calculated, with no samples, no recordings and no AI sound generator.

How do I line up a sound effect with a cut?

Put the sound on an audio track under the cut and move it until its loudest point sits on the cut. Play it back, then set the volume so the sound supports the moment without covering your voice.
